The Cob Barn
Cob Barn is a charming conversion of one of the original buildings, set in the former farmyard opposite our own home. Newly refurbished in a contemporary style, it has been converted to the highest standards to be the perfect base for your holiday.

Cosy Cob has a traditional kitchen with a slate floor and a Rayburn. Adjoining is a 26 foot newly refurbished lounge dining room, with oak floor, log fire, and french windows leading into the sheltered garden. There is a walled patio with a barbequed, perfect for eating out on warm summers evenings.

Upstairs is the shower room, twin bedroom, and the main bedroom, with double bed and stunning views over the Allen Valley and woodland towards St Mabyn Church on the horizon. There is a second toilet/cloakroom downstairs off the lounge.

The farmstead is the only property on a quiet country lane, a fifteen minute walk from the village with shops and pub. We are surrounded by our own fields and woodland. The Cob Barn is situated in the former farmyard, now gravelled, with off road parking adjoining the Cob Barn's garden gate.
